Aadya Mishra

Aadya has been enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2018. She graduated with B.A.LL.B (Hons.) from National Law Institute University (NLIU) Bhopal and has since worked on myriad matters of complex commercial litigation specialising in Insolvency Laws and Arbitration. She also works on constitutional, criminal and civil matters and represents clients in litigations before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and in specialised Tribunals such as the National Company Law Tribunals, Telecom Dispute Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal. She has contributed significantly to publications by assisting Mr. Salman Khurshid in authoring The Citizenship Debate and Sunrise over Ayodhya.
