Amna Darakhshan

Amna Darakhshan, Associate at Chambers of Mr. Salman Khurshid since 2018.

She earned her Law Degree from University of Meerut in 2016 and got herself enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi in the same year. She has also completed the Executive Level of Company Secretary Course by virtue of which she has vast knowledge of Corporate and Taxation Laws.

She started her journey in litigation with Advocate-on-Record of the Supreme Court of India in the year 2016. She is well equipped in advising and representing clients in critical regulatory proceedings and litigations before judicial and quasi-judicial authorities spanning across Supreme Court of India, High Courts, Consumer Court, and National Company Law Tribunal etc.

Amna Darakhshan has been involved in litigation since the beginning of her career and she got opportunity to practice before Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Various High Courts of India, Lower Courts, Tribunals and Forums. Her key areas of practice include Criminal litigation, Corporate Litigation, Consumer Litigation, Civil Laws, Taxation Laws, Contracts as well as Constitutional Law.
