Arushi Jain

Arushi Jain holds an integrated degree of BA. LL.B (Hons.) from Amity Law School with a specialisation in Intellectual Property Laws followed by Masters of Law in Corporate, Financial Laws and Policy from Jindal Global Law School.

She has further pursued Diploma in Cyber Security and Data Protection Laws from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad as well as in Risk Management from British Standards Institution.

She is proficient in legal research, drafting of pleadings and strategising the case. She has considerable experience in cases pertaining to Civil Laws, Service Law, Criminal Laws, Regulatory Laws, Consumer Protection Law and Company Law before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, various High Courts and Tribunals across India.
