Asifa Rashid Mir

Asifa has pursued her LLB degree from Amity Law School Noida. As an advocate she has worked on variety of cases related to service matters , Constitutional matters and Rent control matters.
She has assisted Mr. Khurshid in various Constitutional Law matters such as EWS matter, Abrogation of Article 370, Hijab matter in the Supreme Court of India.

Practice area: Corporate/Competition law , Constitutional Law, Service Laws, Rent control Acts, Criminal law.

Asifa’s area of interest is service laws, arbitration and corporate law.
