Richa Bais has been enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2020 and is involved in litigation since the beginning of her career.
She has practice experience before the Supreme Court, High Court of Delhi & Rajasthan and various district courts.
She specializes in Criminal and consumer law and holds a PG Diploma degree in Consumer law from NLSIU Bangalore.
She is also a published author and has authored a book titled “Surrogacy & The law” which was foreworded by Hon’ble Mr. Salman Khurshid.
