Shabeena Anjum

Shabeena Anjum specializes in litigation and arbitration. She has experience in representing clients in criminal as well as in civil proceedings before the appellate courts. She has also considerable experience in areas such as matrimonial disputes, corporate, commercial disputes and all spectrum of labor law including trade-union relationships. She has a wide range of legal experience, and worked on all various aspects of different laws. She has noteworthy experience in service to the client with integrated packages of standard services in the areas of arbitration, criminal Jurisprudence, Banking Laws, advices and legal opinions. Apart from work engagements, she is frequent speaker in seminars, conferences and workshops in educational institutions as well in corporate. Shabeena has also authored several articles in relation to development of different laws in India. She has also authored books on Restorative Justice(in house) and on Dr Zakir Hussain, The former President of India. Shabeena has graduated from prestigious Aligarh Muslim University and did her Masters from Jamia Millia Islamia University. Prior to joining law Profession, she taught law at IP University as Assistant Professor. Previously worked emparting legal aid to women & children regarding various issues with the weaker sections of the society. In addition, worked on arbitration issues and property dispute issues. Area of interest is Arbitration, Intellectual Property Rights, Family law along with Human Rights.
