Tehsina Hussain

Tehsina joined the Chambers of Mr. Salman Khurshid in November, 2016. Before joining the Chambers she was working with Patnaik and Associates for almost two years which provided her the opportunity to research, draft and appear in a variety of matters, corporate, civil, commercial. She has considerable experience in handling matters in the Supreme Court, High Court, District Courts, NCLT Principal Bench at New Delhi, Consumer Forums and Tribunals in Delhi. She has also been a part of various arbitral proceedings. Tehsina has done her M.A. LL.B. from Gauhati University. She also had the experience of practicing in District Court in Assam where she handled civil and criminal matters. Tehsina while being associated with the Chambers of Mr. Salman Khurshid has assisted in a myriad of cases including matters pertaining
to Constitutional Law, Competition Law, Service, Land Acquisition, Company Law, Civil and Criminal Law.
